Washington, D.C. Occupational Therapist (Home Care) Job Qualifications
Requirements: We are currently looking for a PRN (on-call) Occupational Therapist who will be responsible for assessing, planning, administering and evaluating occupational therapy treatments to patients requiring the service in a home setting. Other responsibilities include documenting treatments, utilizing support staff and participation in special projects as designated.Minimum Education Requirement: Must be a graduate of a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent.
Minimum Licensure Requirement: A current license with the District of Columbia Board of Occupational Therapy is required. The OT must also be registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association as well as possess a current CPR/PALS certification and NPI (National Provider Identifier) Number.
