As a PRN (on-call) Occupational Therapist in D.C., you will be responsible for assessing, planning, administering and evaluating occupational therapy treatments to patients requiring the service in a home setting. You will also be responsible for documenting treatments, utilizing support staff and participation in special projects as designated. OT job shifts are available days and evenings.

Washington, D.C. Occupational Therapist (Home Care) Job Qualifications

Requirements: We are currently looking for a PRN (on-call) Occupational Therapist who will be responsible for assessing, planning, administering and evaluating occupational therapy treatments to patients requiring the service in a home setting. Other responsibilities include documenting treatments, utilizing support staff and participation in special projects as designated.

Minimum Education Requirement: Must be a graduate of a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent.

Minimum Licensure Requirement: A current license with the District of Columbia Board of Occupational Therapy is required. The OT must also be registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association as well as possess a current CPR/PALS certification and NPI (National Provider Identifier) Number.
